Women’s running shoes size guides

We recommend ordering Brooks running shoes 1/2 to one size larger than your dress shoe. Check out our size chart and fit tips below. You can also get started with our shoe finder or ask a guru.

How to Measure

For the best result, measure your bare feet later in the day, as our feet tend to expand.
1. Use a pencil or ballpoint pen to trace both feet on a sheet of paper.
  • No pen and paper handy? Just stand on a ruler or measuring tape with your heel at the 0 point, and note the length to your longest toe.
2. Measure the distance from your heel to the tip of your longest toe. If your feet are different lengths, use the longer one to determine your shoe size.
  • if between sizes, round up or down to the closest size within 2mm.
3. For running shoes, it’s best to have about a thumb width of space between your longest toe and the tip of your shoe, so consider going a half size up from your measured size.
Fit guide
Brooks offers two fits in footwear starting in Fall 2021. Runners will be able to choose from the existing, classic running shoe fit they know and love or they’ll now be able to try StealthFit launching first in the Levitate StealthFit 5 and the Levitate StealthFit GTS 5.
 
Classic Fit
